This is the worst hotel experience of my life. I once stayed in a hotel with no glass in the windows in Cameroon and washed in a bucket of water and it was a better experience than this. The area was horrendous. You will not feel safe. It was awful. Shady characters at every corner selling drugs openly.

Bad dirty area of Frankfurt unless you are there for drugs and prostitution.. people watching you from all corners... venture out alone after dark at your own cost. The initial smell when you enter the building is your first sign that says " run away now". I met a guy coming out of the lift that could barely focus or walk, I guess he was in the lift to see if he could get high... The Twin room was tiny and smelt terrible. I left immediately and went to stay at the Fleming Metropolitan by the train station. AGAIN AVOID

Hotel in general is very poor and I would not recommend anyone to stay here even if price is low. Negative Location: -located in the worst part of Frankfurt - the immediate area is very dangerous with drug dealers / sex shops / sex workers and many many homeless. -the proximity next to the station is not worth it. -the hotel images paint it in a very rosey light. Reception -we asked to check in before the 3pm time - no consideration was given, an immediate no. Room -located on the 1st floor, facing the inner building area. -very small room -towels are tiny and threadbare, many with holes -lighting is non existent -AC not working nor safe in the room -shower - does not drain / shower door broken General -very strong chemical smell throughout the corridors and entrance F&B -considering the room and hotel did not attempt any of the offerings Positive - bottle on the bathroom door. The only positive part of the room. We did not feel it was worth speaking to the receptionist about our issues, who do not look up from their computer when you pass, nor say hello. Overall. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel is only a couple of hundred meters from the Hbf station so is very convenient for rail travellers. On the down side, it is in the heart of the red light district which apart from the invitations to enter seedy bars etc meant having to walk through a couple of streets full of very dodgy looking characters to leave/return to the hotel. The hotel was cheap but fairly clean - it was somewhere to get your head down but not spend any time in. The sound insulation was excellent and closed off all the noise from the street. There is a buffet breakfast available at €12.50 per person per day.

The hotel's location is good since it is near to main train station but located on a very smelly street. There was construction around the hotel. The room size is ok but not clean since it needs renovation. There is smell & noise from outside if window is open. The TV channels were not having reception. No English channels at all. I was staying on 4th Floor and the elevator was out of order since morning. They mentioned it as 4* hotel but It doesn't fulfil its requirements. No bathroom amenities except Liquid soap. No water bottles in the room. It lacks basic 4* Amenities under hotel's classification
